1.3. The services include access to FridayAI (voice-activated PC control), FridayTouch (remote device management), FridaySecurity (real-time threat monitoring), and FridayAlerts (instant weather notifications).
2. Use of Services
2.1. You may use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2.2. You agree not to:
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of our services.
• Share, resell, or distribute access to our services without permission.
• Use the services for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the services’ functionality.
3. Account Registration
3.1. To access certain features, you must register an account with a login, password, and email.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
3.3. Notify us immediately at hestordev@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1. Subscription details and pricing are governed by our Terms of Service, available during the subscription process at https://friday-system.online/terms-of-service.
4.2. Payments are processed securely via YooMoney (https://yoomoney.ru/page?id=527708).
4.3. Subscriptions are manually renewed.
5. Data Collection and Analytics
5.1. We collect minimal data (login, password, email) as described in our Privacy Policy (https://friday-system.online/privacy-policy).

8. Limitation of Liability

8.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
9. Changes to Agreement
9.1. We may update this Agreement at our discretion. Changes will be posted on https://friday-system.online/user-agreement and take effect immediately.
9.2. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, to the extent permitted, as we intend to register a company in Delaware. Until registration, disputes may be subject to the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction (Russia).
